2007 IPMA Executive Seminar - Last Instructions
Monday is IPMA Seminar Day! It is shaping up to be a great seminar. Here are the answers to some questions you might have:
- Your lodging and meals will be coordinated through IPMA. Please do not call Campbell’s to confirm your room. When you arrive at Campbell’s, check with the IPMA registration desk for room assignment and availability for check in.
- Campbell’s will want your credit card number at registration for incidental items and phone calls from your room. IPMA is not responsible for these charges. IPMA will cover the cost of your room and group meals.
- Bus riders will depart from the I-5/Martin Way Park and Ride on Monday morning. The bus will be moving at 7:00 am sharp. Due to time constraints there can be no flexibility on this. You should arrive at 6:45 am. Jay Miller will be our bus coordinator.
- (The I-5 & Martin Way Park and Ride can be accessed by taking Exit 109 from I-5, heading north on Martin Way and turning left at the first available turn)
- If you did not sign up for the bus and now wish to ride, we have some space available. You will need to contact us to confirm. If you are planning on carpooling, you should make your own arrangements.
- Dress will be casual for the entire seminar.
- There will be an IPMA registration desk at the conference center (Ballroom Foyer) and check-in will begin after 12:00 pm on Monday.
- The Seminar topics begin at 1:30 pm sharp, so please be seated in the Conference Room by 1:20 pm.
- There is no scheduled program for spouses or significant others.
