State AG Rob McKenna will discuss some of his top priorities, including:

• Improving consumer protection to better safeguard Washington citizens from rapidly increasing cyber-crimes, such as identity theft.
• Strengthening the state's Public Disclosure Act to protect the rights of citizens to access public records.
• Improving the state's economic competitiveness by reining in state agencies when they attempt to abuse their regulatory authority.
