About the IPMA

Audio/Video Resources

All audio resources will be provided by the IPMA for keynote and content speakers. Some audio resources are available at the facility.

Facilities

Forum will be located at Saint Martin's College at 5300 Pacific Ave. SE, Lacey, WA 98503-1297. Staff can be contacted at 360-438-4488. Forum will use Saint Martin's College PavilionĀ for vendor exhibits and the Norman Worthington Conference Center for keynote and content speakers.

Location

Driving instructions to Saint Martin's College:

North bound from Interstate-5, take exit #108, College St. exit. Turn right on College St. Turn left on Pacific Avenue. Pavilion and conference center are located on the left; approximately 1/4 mile east on Pacific Ave.

South bound from Interstate-5, take exit #109. Turn right on Martin Way to College Street (one block). At College St. turn left. Proceed to Pacific Avenue and turn left. Pavilion and conference center are located on the left; approximately 1/4 mile east on Pacific Ave.

Forum Exhibit times

Exhibit booths must be open and staffed from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Forum day 1 and 8:00 am to 3:30 pm on Forum day 2. All booths must be vacated by 8:00 pm on Forum day 2.

Booth Configurations (101-118) - Corporate Sponsors

Each Corporate Sponsor is provided the use of one 10? X 12? booth from 1:00 pm Monday to 8:00 pm Wednesday. This time period allows for setup and removal of exhibits. Each three sided drapery walled booth will include one 3?x 8? linen skirted table, an 1,000 watts of electrical power, one 500 watt overhead floodlight, and one single line 7"x 44" identification sign.

Booth Configurations (201-238) - Vendors

There is a limit of two booths per vendor. Each fee provides the use of one 10? X 10? booth from 1:00 pm Monday to 8:00 pm Wednesday. This time period allows for setup and removal of exhibits. Each three sided drapery walled booth will include one 3?x 8? linen skirted table, an 1,000 watts of electrical power, one 500 watt overhead floodlight, and one single line 7"x 44" identification sign.

Vendor organizations will be required to pay for any special installations and/or service changes needed for their booth.

Booth Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict the distribution of free gifts, drawings, and food or beverages in the booth areas.

All vendors must be pre-registered with the IPMA. No vendors will share a booth without the IPMA's prior permission.

Analog or Data Line Installations

Your company will need to contact Marge Fife at U.S. West, 360-754-5655, to order either analog or data telephone services for your booth. Please indicate that you are in booth number______ at Forum 2000 at Saint Martin's College in Lacey, Washington.

Demonstration Booths (239-242)

These booths are reserved for special guests of the IPMA.

Forum Decorator - GES

GES Exposition Services in Seattle will be the show decorator. Their telephone number is (425) 251-6565. Their show contact is Nard Smith.

Shipping/Receiving

Saint Martin's College will not accept any vendor shipments to their location prior to 8:00 am on the Monday setup date. All exhibit materials, etc. must be picked up by 8:00 pm on Forum day 2. Saint Martin's College has not storage area for any vendor exhibition materials. Please contact GES if your materials must be stored.

Security

Security for all exhibit floor space will be provided by licensed, uniformed officers from Capitol Security Services.
