Tony Kaperick brings more than 5 years of business analyst skills, application integration awareness, and balancing of the user experience with cost-effective support for strategic goals. Tony specializes in leading organization through the envisioning, planning and deployment processes in IP Tel/Unified Communications initiatives. Drawing on such diverse experience as US Navy Communications Officer, Peace Corps, community development, application developer, and program manager, Tony focuses on providing leadership around the tools, methods and processes for helping clients realize the successes that Unified Communications promises.
Mark Knepper is a business analyst with over 10 years of experience in the Information Technology field. Mark is a strong believer in utilizing technology to solve strategic business problems. Management experience coupled with a desire to help people has enabled Mark to participate in a wide variety of projects from sales force automation to mobility solutions. Mark also excels at explaining technology to non-technical people and strives to bring the voice of the common user to discussions surrounding implementation of new technology and business initiatives.
