Neal’s high-energy and enthusiasm demonstrates his personal commitment and confidence in these subjects.

This seminar will go beyond the basics of project management to reveal leading-edge best practices, insights, lessons learned, as well as answers to key questions. It will give you a decisive competitive edge in successfully leading projects and working with stakeholders.  There is no better way to learn a profession—a craft—than by having a mentor by your side. But most project managers and leaders don't have that advantage and that's why Neal Whitten wrote this book. In his new book you will find a wealth of subjects that include: leadership, soft skills, hard skills, life skills, and all phases of a project from initiation to closeout.

Subjects include:

blue bullet Asking for help or becoming part of the problem blue bullet Inspecting what you expect
