- In collaboration with agencies, boards, and commissions:
- Collect requirements for a content management infrastructure
- Investigate whether there is a set of tools available that can meet those requirements.
- Investigate business models for providing the tool set and making it affordable.
- Provide a special focus on how we can help the smallest agencies, boards, and commissions.
- Issue a recommendation on whether to proceed ? if approval is given we will working through toolset acquisition.
