IPMA Membership

Membership in the IPMA is open to all current or retired state employees who are interested in information technology and who support the IPMA Mission and Code of Ethics. There is only one class of membership.

Joining IPMA is as easy as 1, 2, 3 . . .

  1. Complete the on-line application form and submit it.
  2. Print your membership certificate (landscape orientation is recommended).
  3. Subscribe to the IPMA listserv if you are not already a subscriber.

To resign . . .

Current IPMA members may resign at any time. To do so, send an E-mail message to IPMA and include your name in the body of the message. Confirmation of the receipt of your resignation will be provided within several days.   Resign now.

To update your membership information . . .

If your e-mail address changes and/or you change jobs, please notify IPMA so that we can update your membership information. This is important so that we can contact you for the annual election and other membership functions. If your e-mail address changes, you also should re-subscribe to the IPMA listserv; see Mailing List.

Note: IPMA may remove members from its membership roster who do not maintain a current e-mail address on record with IPMA.

In the future IPMA plans to provide an opportunity for members to directly update their membership information on-line. In the interim, please provide your changes as described above.
