LeaderPath for IT Managers
IPMA IT Leadership Program
The IPMA develops and offers the leadership development program exclusively for IT managers in WA state government. Its focus is on the day-to-day and long-term strategic challenges of creating, collaborating with, and often times, leading agency and interagency IT initiatives. Through LeaderPath for IT Managers, participants will understand how to "sit at the table" with other agency executives and influence the decisions that are made.
LeaderPath for IT Managers
Successful IT leaders think with the “enterprise” in mind and communicate effectively with all business disciplines. They develop teams, build partnerships, nurture alliances and engage in cross-agency and cross-functional activities where common ground yields excellent business solutions.
LeaderPath for IT Managers offers an intensive learning opportunity for IT leadership professionals. Participants focus on public sector leadership using case studies, group exercises, mock presentation, personal evaluations and panel discussions with experts to create a highly participatory and multidimensional learning environment.
