Vonnie is the new CIO/Director of the Information Services Division (ISD) for the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC). She has been with AOC since June 2010. Prior to moving to AOC, she served as the IT Deputy Director for the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT). Over the course of 24 years in state government, she has managed every technical group in a large IT organization. With that experience, she has a good solid, broad-based fundamental understanding of all IT service areas. She has been recognized for her unique skill and ability to successfully lead change efforts, facilitate and communicate technical direction, and bring together diverse groups with differing perspectives to find effective solutions. Vonnie is looking forward to serving on the IPMA Board to assist in supporting the needs of the IT community.
