Pam is the CIO and an Assistant Director at the Washington Department of Printing.  She has been in state service since 1990 and prior to that had a career in computer bookeeping and accounting.  Pam has been in an executive leadership role since 2003 and in 2006 served as the Acting Director for the Department of Printing for approximately six months.  She was the first woman to ever sit as Director for the State Printer.

Pam was elected to the IPMA Board of Directors in 2005 and has served on the Professional Development Committee for the past several years.  She is passionate about creating networking opportunities for government IT professionals and ensuring they have access to current and relevant information about technology.
