Fran has 23 years experience in information technology in state government, two with the Department of Transportation, five with the Department of Retirement Systems, and sixteen with the Department of Health. She currently serves as the Deputy CIO at DOH.

Fran has been an active IPMA board member since 2006.  She has participated on several committees, including the Forum and LeaderPath committees. As a current co-chair of the Communications committee Fran is helping lead the redesign of the IPMA web site.
She is particularly interested in establishing new and improved methods that will enhance communications and increase networking opportunities for members of the IPMA.
