Fran has 26 years of information technology experience in state government, two with the Department of Transportation, five with the Department of Retirement Systems, and 19 with the Department of Health. She currently serves as the Director of Information Systems Management at DOH. Over the course of Fran’s career she has gained a broad understanding of IT services and policies. Fran has been an active IPMA board member since 2006. She has participated on several committees, including the Forum, LeaderPath, Executive Seminar, Communications, and Professional Development committees. Fran is a strong supporter of the IPMA. She works toward increasing opportunities for the IT community to network, learn new technologies, and gain an understanding of what it takes to be an IT leader in state government.
