Andy has been in state services since 1992 including fourteen years on the Information Services Board / Department of Information Services' policy and oversight staff and currently the Director of Quality Management in IT Services at the University of Washington Medical Center.  Prior to joining the state he served with major regional banks, was a MIS director for five years replacing enterprise banking applications and fifteen years as a project manager positions in large application development projects.

Andy has been an active IPMA board member holding the offices of Chair, Vice Chair, and serving three terms as Secretary Treasurer.  Andy has also participated on several committees.
