Andy was appointed the Director of Information Services Division for the Office of the Attorney General in March of 2005.  During his 17 year career at the Attorney General’s Office, he has worked as a Computer Analyst/Programmer, Project Manager, Application Services Manager and IT Operations Manager.  His experience includes the development and implementation of an enterprise case management system for the office replacing 26 different independent systems, retiring the agency’s mainframe and moving all computer application into a PC network based environment.  He was named by Government Technology magazine one of the top 25 Doers, Dreamers and Drivers in March of 2008 and he serves on the Legislature sponsored IT Work Group.  Andy is a graduate of The Evergreen State College.
